A week in Tuscany & Emilia-Romagna

✷ 2 nights, 2 days in Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Emilia-Romagna is arguably the most famous Italian food region & the home of joyful Lambrusco wines. We meet on Sunday afternoon at our hotel in Reggio Emilia, then spend two full days exploring wineries and food delicacies in the area. We’ll see winemaking in action but also learn about the traditional foods of the region, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (the real stuff!), Proscuitto di Parma, and more!

✷ 3 nights, 3 days in Tuscany, Italy

After our Emilia-Romagna adventures, we head to the heart of Tuscany, where we’ll spend three nights and two full days discovering this historical wine region together (If you’ve set foot in our classroom, you know how much we have to say about the diversity, consistency and quality of Chianti Classico). We will also be staying in our very own private villa amongst the vines, where we can further immerse ourselves into the food & wine of the region: think hands-on cooking classes, pizza nights, dips in the pool, and of course, delicious Tuscan wine!

✷ 1 day & night in Florence, Italy

We make our way back to metropolitan life and finish the trip in the iconic city of Florence. After a final Friday group dinner, we leave you to craft your own Saturday morning, and let’s just say there there are a few bucket-list works of art nearby to explore!
