From the moment you meet us for check-in in Reggio Emilia on Sunday afternoon, September 27th, 2026, to the moment we part ways in Florence on Saturday morning, October 3rd, 2026, we have everything covered!
Double Occupancy Rate: $5,995 + GST per person (approx. €3,700)
Single Occupancy Rate: $7,495 + GST per person (approx. €4.700)
What’s Included:
☞ All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
☞ All group activities, winery visits, and tastings
☞ Private transport in our own minivan + two private boat tours
☞ Six nights’ accommodation (3★–4★ or equivalent hotels and hotel resorts):
– 2 nights in Reggio Emilia
– 3 nights in Tuscany
– 1 night in Florence

What’s Not Included
☞ Flights and transport to Reggio-Emilia
From YVR, there are many options with one stop-over to Bologna or Florence airport.
From Bologna Airport (BLQ):
Take the direct Marconi Express Train from Bologna airport to Bologna Centrale station(~7 mins). You can then take one of the frequent Trenitalia trains heading to the center of Reggio Emilia (~45 mins). Once you arrive in Reggio-Emilia, it’s a 15 minutes walk away or a very short minute taxi ride to the hotel in the center of Reggio-Emilia.
Take or organize a private transfer or taxi door-to-door (50 mins drive in total).
From Florence Airport (FLR):
Take the T2 Tram from Florence airport to Valfonda - Santa Maria Station(~20 mins.). From there, you can then take one of the Trenitalia Train to the Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana Station in Reggio-Emilia (~1 hr). Once at the station, you can take a 7-8 mins taxi directly to the hotel.
Take or organize a private transfer or taxi door-to-door (~2 hours 15 mins drive in total).
