We meet on Sunday afternoon at our hotel in Santiago de Compostela, then spend two full days exploring the wine regions of Galicia’s coast and mountains—Rías Baixas and Ribeira Sacra. Get ready to feast in the freshest seafood, and be blown away by one of the most undiscovered wine region on the planet!

✷ 3 nights, 3 days in the Douro Valley, Portugal

After our Galician adventures, we head south to the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Douro Valley, where we’ll spend three nights and two full days discovering this historical wine region together. We’ll stay right among the vines and use it as our base to visit a mix of classic estates and more experimental wineries. There’ll be plenty of time for pool dips, long lazy lunches and dinners with incredible views—and we’ve even got a private boat trip planned on the Douro River!

✷ 1 day in Vila Nova de Gaia & 1 night in Porto, Portugal

We make our way back to the coast, stopping at one of our favourite local spots for freshly grilled fish (paired, of course, with local Vinho Verde wines), and finish the trip in the iconic city of Porto.
