We will cover many of the key European and global wine regions including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, Australia, and more. Food and Wine pairing is also a notable aspect of this curriculum and will give you the foundational tools to build creative and classic food and wine journeys. This wine course will appeal to the beginner and does not have any prerequisites, though is the natural progression from WSET Level 1.
