WSET Level 2 dives deeper into viticulture, winemaking, and the world's major wine regions. We will cover many of the key European and global wine regions including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, Australia, and more. Food and Wine pairing is also a notable aspect of this curriculum and will give you the foundational tools to build creative and classic food and wine journeys. This wine course will appeal to the beginner and does not have any prerequisites, though is the natural progression from WSET Level 1. The cost of this course is $932.24 // $825.00 + HST ($44.39 + $62.85)

Duration: 8 weeks from October 7th - December 2nd

COURSE FORMAT

8 evenings | Theory discussion and tutored wine tastings each class

Applicable knowledge for restaurant servers, managers, sommeliers, wine sales or keen wine enthusiasts.



The Total Qualification Time (TQT) for the Level 2 Award in Wines is 28 hours. This is made up of 17 Guided Learning Hours (of which 1 hour is for the examination) and 11 hoursโ€™ private study.

This includes a hard copy version of the Level 2 textbook, โ€˜Wines: Looking Behind the Labelโ€™ text, Workbook, and S.A.T. card.  

  • The Study Pack will be given to you on the first day of class.

  • Exam fees.

  • All in-class tasting samples.
