In English we go to the farmer’s market, while in France they go to Le Maraîcher, which is a chance to interact with farmers and eat truly seasonally. Chef Lina loves working closely with local farmers ( who are also friends at this point!) and this is a chance to celebrate the many glorious vegetables that are in season in July.
