Act 2: Le Maraîcher
In English we go to the farmer’s market, while in France they go to Le Maraîcher, which is a chance to interact with farmers and eat truly seasonally. Chef Lina loves working closely with local farmers ( who are also friends at this point!) and this is a chance to celebrate the many glorious vegetables that are in season in July.
Straight out of the garden and onto the table ( ok, we’ll cook them a little bit)

An intimate wine-driven long table dinner party.
Apéro (sips & snacks)
Multi-course dinner with a vegetable focus ( though not fully vegetarian, mind you)
All things paired and enjoyed with very special wines
