Deep Cuts: Italy, the B Side - Feb. 12
If you’ve been to our regional Deep Cuts class, this is the flip side! While we spend our time in Deep Cuts talking about lesser-known regions where you can find value, we often run out of time mentioning so many of our favourite styles and regions that we can’t fit it all into two hours.
While this class is a follow-up to Deep Cuts: Italy, it doesn’t require the first class as a pre-requisite: we simply cover different grapes and regions, so you could take either or both on your French wine learning journey.
We will taste five new grape varieties and regions, from the semi-classic to the up-and-coming with the same goal in mind: taste widely, learn about new wines, and explore the places that you can find value bottles and thoughtfully made wines. As always, we care about promoting small businesses, regeneratively farmed, natural and sustainable styles so expect lots of chat about what is happening in France on these topics.
This is a two-hour evening class hosted on Thursday, February 12th, 2026 from 6:00pm-8:00pm in Chinatown, Vancouver, BC.
